RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days, with shipping costs the customer's responsibility. Please note that personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there are any issues due to shipping or manufacturer fault, please contact us via the contact page. Please note that you will need to provide photographic evidence of the defect. Any accidental damage caused by the customer and any theft/loss will not be covered.

CANCELATION

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact BY FEATURES within 24 hours of placing your order. In the email, please indicate your order number and the reason for cancellation. Your refund will then be processed, which may take up to 7-10 business days to be refunded to your original payment method.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
*Any item that is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

DEFECTIVE ITEM REFUND (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you must send it to the postal address found on the order form.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
